Investment Advisory Services Solicitation Disclosure

Treasure Investment Management, LLC (“Treasure”) has engaged Altir Industries, Inc. (“Altir” or “Solicitor”) to refer its customers to Treasure to obtain investment advisory services that complement the financial technology services that Altir provides.

• Altir is not a current client of Treasure.
• ‍Altir is not compensated for referring clients to Treasure. 
• Altir has a business relationship with Treasure, which creates a conflict between your company’s interests and those of Altir.

Material Conflict of Interest. The Solicitor has a business relationship with Treasure which creates an incentive for the Solicitor to refer your company to Treasure over other investment advisers, if any, that may achieve superior performance, charge lower fees (whether for investment advisory services or related technologies), or are otherwise better suited to your company’s needs than Treasure. In addition, clients referred by the Solicitor do not have access to Treasure’s full product suite and services. The Solicitor’s business relationship with Treasure creates an incentive for it to refer clients to Treasure despite the products and services available being more limited than if the client were to sign up directly with Treasure.
